Making new friends through our favorite pastimes is such a happy thing. Here are just some of the folks we've come to enjoy at SCK. Get outside, make new friends, and enjoy living!  |

Cucumbers in Sour Cream
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons minced onion
Place cucumber slices in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and chill at least one hour. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well, and stir in cucumber slices.
